Installation Instructions: 1. Remove the old, used sealing ring and overpressure plug. 2. Thoroughly clean the pressure cooker's seal ring grooves and overpressure plug holes. 3. Wash the new sealing ring and overpressure plug with warm, soapy water, and then dry them thoroughly. 4. Install the sealing ring, ensuring it is fully seated and positioned under the stopper and lock pin, at the inner edge of the cover. 5. To help make the cover easier to open and close, a very light coating of cooking oil may be applied to the underside of the body lugs and sealing ring. 6. Install the overpressure plug by pushing the side marked "TOP" into the opening from the bottom of the cover. The indented part of the plug can be seen from the underside of the cover. 7. Lightly place the lid on the body of the pressure cooker and press. Open and close the lid a few times to ensure the ring is fully seated.
