Pressure Sealing Ring Compatible with Presto Pressure Cooker

The Denkuhin 09907 1075 Pressure Sealing Ring is a compatible replacement for Presto Pressure Cooker models CA16, CA16H, and 21 Qt, featuring an Automatic Air Vent 9911. It replaces parts 82060, 393, and 82058 (2PC).

This sealing ring is compatible with the following Presto Pressure Cooker models: 01/CA16A - 16-Quart, 01/CA16H - 16-Quart, 01/CA21A - 21-Quart, 01/CA21H - 21-Quart, 21 - 21-Qt., 21AV - 21-Qt., 21B - 21-Quart, 21S - 21-Qt., 7 - 16-Qt., 7AV - 16-Qt., 7B - 16-Quart, 7S - 16-Qt., CA16 - 16-Qt., CA16H - 16-Qt., CA21 - 21-Qt., and CA21H - 21-Qt.

To install the new sealing ring, first remove the used sealing ring and overpressure plug, and clean any food residue from the sealing ring slots and overpressure plug hole. Then, wash the new sealing ring and overpressure plug with warm water or kitchen detergent and let them dry in a ventilated area.

To install the sealing ring, fit it into a small portion of the cover until it is fully seated, working from top to bottom and left to right. Push the curb of the stopper (labeled "TOP") through the bottom of the lid into the opening. When attaching the lid to the body, hold down the area opposite the handle with one hand. This will help compress the seal ring and make the cap easy to lock into place. Finally, open and close the lid several times to make it easier to operate.

The 09907 Pressure Cooker Sealing Ring replaces the silicone gasket with an outer diameter of 13.5 inches and an inner diameter of 12.8 inches. Please measure your existing gasket or lid before purchase to ensure a proper fit, as the size is approximate.
