A safety vent helps release excess pressure, and the pressure regulator knob is equipped with four positions: High Pressure (15 psi), Low Pressure (10 psi), Release, and Clean. The red pressure indicator will rise when pressure has been reached and go back down when pressure has been released, providing visual feedback on the cooking process.
