This pressure regulator weight is compatible with all All American 1930 pressure cookers/canners equipped with a vent pipe, including models 910 (10.5 qt), 915 (15.5 qt), 921 (21.5 qt), 925 (25 qt), 930 (30 qt), and 941 (41.5 qt).

The 1930 pressure cookers/canners are weighted-gauge canners, and the pressure regulator weight is designed to release excess steam at 18 pounds of pressure. Combined with the vent pipe, the pressure regulator weight makes up the 1930 Automatic Pressure Control system, where the vent pipe attaches to the cover and the pressure regulator weight sits on top of the vent pipe.
